The reason why you need to get your Paypal Account verified is for you to be able to receive, send, purchase and withdraw with no limit on the amount. You will be needing a credit card or if you don't have one you can either use (for my fellow Filipinos) a Unionbank Eon Card or Smart Money.
> If you intend to use the two mentioned debit cards make sure you have $1.95. (around 100 pesos) available balance in you account. Don't worry this amount will be refunded to your Paypal account once verified.
VERIFY PAYPAL Using Unionbank Eon CARD
1. Once you have your Unionbank Eon card activated and enrolled in their internet banking log -in to your Paypal Account.
2. ON the MY ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page click on the GET VERIFIED link.
3. On the next page (LINK AND CONFIRM YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD) enter your Unionbank Eon card accurate details then click CONTINUE button.
4. Now you will be needing your Paypal 4-digit EXPUSE code. To get this yu can either call Unionbank Eon Debit Card Hotline found at the back of your Card and ask for it OR log-on to Unionbank Cyber Account and check your transaction history.
5. Now once you have your EXPUSE code, log-on again to your Paypal Account and you will be asked to enter your EXPUSE code and click on FINISH EXPANDED USE ENROLLMENT.
6. Wait for the confirmation. Then voila now you have your Paypal Account verified.
